Key Responsibilities

  • Be a change agent in bringing in data driven approach in problem solving & decision-making process.
  • Interact with Customers, understand requirements and achieve their KPIs.
  • Drive Lean Sigma methodology in implementing Process & Quality improvements across the Centre.
  • Train Green Belts (GBs) using relevant modules & exercises Periodic mentoring of GB projects, tracking progress and driving timely closure.
  • Identify Improvement opportunities and achieve quality objectives.
  • Identify process gaps, non-conformities support in conducting RCAs and data analysis on problems.
  • Periodic monitoring & control of Quality Management System
  • Plan, execute, and document internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and CMMI models to improve overall project maturity of the Delivery Unit.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of QMS and process frameworks.
  • Promote quality awareness and provide training related to QMS, ISO, and CMMI practices.
  • Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and conduct process reviews.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Assist in preparing the organization for external/customer audits and assessments.

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Basic knowledge of QMS standards and process frameworks of ISO 9001 & CMMI
  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team in performing Root cause analysis.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team in continuous improvement.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team in preparing for standard audits.
  • Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Proficient in tools like MS Office, QMS tools, audit management systems, and document control systems.

Desired Skills

  • Passion for problem solving & continuous improvement.
  • Green Belt Certified (Preferred).
  • Good oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering in mechanical or industrial production or oil and gas

Experience

  • Total experience 5-7 years
  • 2 years of experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, or process management.
