Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Principal Specialist to lead complex IT projects, drive innovation in software development, and provide expert guidance across various technical domains.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for critical applications, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
- Spearhead Action Planning and strategic initiatives for new feature development and system enhancements.
- Oversee and contribute to Application Development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.
- Conduct thorough Assessment of existing systems and proposed solutions, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Perform Compiling and Decompiling Code for analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Manage Computer System Configuration to optimize performance, security, and integration with other systems.
- Actively Document and Model User Requirements, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Design and develop intuitive Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and exceptional User Experience (UX) Design.
- Provide advanced Information Technology (IT) Support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
- Plan and execute comprehensive IT Testing strategies to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
- Configure and manage Portal Server Configuration and related infrastructure.
- Oversee Program Installation and Versioning control for all developed software.
- Lead efforts in WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration, ensuring optimal network performance and security.
- Foster strong Verbal Communications within the team and with stakeholders, clearly articulating technical concepts and project progress.
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Deep expertise in Application Development and various programming languages/frameworks.
- Proficiency in Compiling and Decompiling Code for analysis and optimization.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Computer System Configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to Document and Model User Requirements effectively.
- Proven experience in Graphical User Interface (GUI) and User Experience (UX) Design principles.
- Expert-level knowledge in Information Technology (IT) Support and troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Portal Server Configuration and management.
- Familiarity with Program Installation and Versioning control systems.
- Knowledge of WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration is a strong advantage.
- Excellent Verbal Communications and interpersonal skills.
