Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionalSoftwareArchitectto lead the architectural vision and technical direction of our group. This is a high-impact, senior technical role combining hands-on and leadership responsibilities.

You will be shaping long-term system strategy, driving large-scale architectural initiatives, and guiding engineering teams in building a secure, scalable, and resilient platforms and services, As well as conduct POC s, help resolve critical issues, and serve as last point of technical escalation within your group and domain.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong systems thinking, and the ability to influence engineers, product leaders, and executives. You will define standards, evaluate technologies, and drive architectural consistency across multiple teams and product lines.

Architecture & Technical Strategy

  • Define and own the overarching architecture for mission-critical systems and platform components.
  • Drive the long-term architectural roadmap, ensuring the system meets stringent requirements for scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and operational excellence.
  • Design models, frameworks, and patterns that guide the evolution of APIs, data flows, domain boundaries, and service interactions.
  • Conducthands-onPOC s and evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, architectural trends, and engineering approaches that align with future platform needs.
  • Establish foundational engineering principles, architectural guardrails, and best practices across teams.

System Design & Engineering Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end architectural design for complex features, cross-cutting systems, and high-scale service components.
  • Provide hands-on architectural guidance and support during system design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Develop architectural models for control-plane systems, configuration management, policy engines, and distributed workflows.
  • Ensure system designs incorporate strong observability, fault tolerance, security controls, dependency isolation, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with security teams to design secure APIs, containment logic, and robust securityposture across the platform.

Technical Influence & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor to engineering leadership, product owners, security leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead architecture reviews, platform-wide design discussions, and strategic engineering initiatives.
  • Mentor senior engineers and help build the next generation of technical leaders.
  • Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and risks at both executive and engineering levels.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure architectural coherence, shared direction, and platform consistency.

Operational Excellence

  • Champion high standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and efficiency across the platform.
  • Contribute high quality code to the system to set clear quality and standard examples.
  • Guide teams in designing systems that are resilient to failures, observable by default, and easy to maintain and evolve.
  • Influence DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud-native practices to maximize development velocity and operational stability.

What you need to bring:

  • 10-15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in architect-level roles.
  • Background with security products or platforms (EDR/XDR, cloud security, network security, or policy enforcement systems).
  • Proven expertise architecting large-scale systems, distributed platforms, control planes, and service ecosystems.
  • Expert engineering proficiency with.NET Coreand familiarity with its runtime architecture, performance considerations, and advanced patterns.
  • Deep experience designing API ecosystems across multiple technologies (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, etc).
  • Expertise with containerized environments and orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes), including production-grade deployments.
  • Strong systems design skills, including domain modeling, performance engineering, service decomposition, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture, risk modeling, and secure-by-design principles.
