Job Title: Senor/Principle Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer

Job Summary
- Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Pharma / ATF Industry/Industrial projects.
- Expert level knowledge in Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire protection Engineering like Calculations, schematics/ PIDs,
- Fire Zoning, Piping Layouts, Specifications, Data sheets, BOQ, Procurement (Tendering) TBA, VDR.
- Expert level knowledge of Local and International Code and standard like NFPA, NBC, FM Global, BIS, Uniform
- Plumbing Code, International plumbing Code (knowledge of Singapore and EMEA code is additional advantage)
- Authority submissions details and layouts
- Basic knowledge of 3D/2D designing tools (Revit & Auto CAD) with Interdisciplinary coordination for all the
- Project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire protection System.
- Excellent knowledge of Local and International Code and standard like NFPA, NBC, FM Global, BIS, Uniform
- Plumbing Code, International plumbing Code (knowledge of Singapore and EMEA code is additional advantage)
- Trouble shooting critical Engineering issues.
- Improvement in Quality Management System.
- Mentoring the Engineers, Assistant & Training Engineers with the intent of securing properly trained personnel to ensure the continual expansion of the company.
- Work as Discipline lead.
- Authority submissions details and layouts.
- Quality of Deliverables, follow Quality management system. Improvement on Discipline capabilities, standards & Tools.
- Developing and implementing Best Practices of Discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Supply water, potable water, RO water, Soft Water, storm water and underground services.
- Excellent knowledge of Fire Water Pumps, Fire tank, Fire Hydrant System, Automatic sprinkler system, Fixed Spray System, Pre-Action System, Deluge System, Foam System & Fire Extinguishers.
- Design of Hydro-pneumatic & gravity flow system, overhead, UGT, STP tank capacity Sizing, water demand calculations
- Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary system schematics, GFC drawings, standard technical details.
- Procurements documents Enquiry, Tender, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Analysis (TBA).
- External coordination with Host / Client/Vendors and Internal coordination with other disciplines.
- Attending Model reviews with Host /Client.
- Assist Department Manager in day-to-day activities discipline (MMS, timesheet, appraisals, escalations, recruitments etc.) at Engineer & Assistant Engineer Positions.
- All other activities as assigned by the Manager
Core Competencies:
- Expert level knowledge in Advanced Technology Facilities/ FMCG/Life Science/ Chemical Industry Projects.
- At least +5 years of experience in leading Pharma / ATF Industry/Industrial project.
- Should have vast experience of dealing domestic and international clients by Onsite and Offsite coordination.
