About the Role

As a Senior Principal Enterprise Software Engineer, you will lead the architecture and design of cutting-edge healthcare solutions across Desktop, Mobile & Web platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape scalable, secure, and compliant systems while mentoring top engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design enterprise-grade, scalable software solutions

Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions

Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and healthcare standards

Mentor senior engineers and foster innovation

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams

Solve complex system-wide technical challenges

What We're Looking For

18+ years of software engineering experience

Strong expertise in C++, C#, Java, Python

Experience with microservices, APIs, scalable architecture

Knowledge of React, Angular, WPF, Qt

Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices

Experience in regulated environments (Medical/Healthcare preferred)

Nice to Have

• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

• AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR exposure

• Certifications like TOGAF / Cloud Architect
