About the Role:
- This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Hereros growth strategy to spearhead our expansion across the India-regulated market.
- You will lead a high-performing team and drive top-line revenue by identifying opportunities, strengthening business operations, and fostering strong relationships with customers. Your expertise will be key in ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategy aligned with the companys growth aspirations in regulated market.
- Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and ensuring high performance.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strengthen internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure continuous customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
- Oversee budgeting and execution to achieve business objectives.
- Travel extensively, understanding customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Cross-functional work exposure, in any of the functions like Manufacturing / R&D / Quality, Regulatory will be an added advantage.
- Proven expertise in handling India Regulated Markets API.
- Strong leadership experience, managing and motivating large teams.
- Strong technical acumen to provide solutions to customers effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Required Qualification:
- Educational background in Science (B.Sc.,/B.Pharm) followed by an MBA.
