Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-caliber Full Stack Architect / Principal Engineer to lead design and development of enterprise-scale platforms. This is a hands-on, quality-driven role, where architectural rigor, clean design, and engineering excellence are non-negotiable.

The role is primarily an Individual Contributor (70%), with team guidance and technical mentoring (30%). Candidates must be comfortable owning architecture, writing code, and setting engineering standards while supporting teams when required.

Key Hiring Manager Expectations :

• 1925 years of total experience (19 years is the absolute minimum)
• Current or recent experience as Full Stack Architect / Principal Engineer / Solution Architect
• 6+ years of strong React experience (mandatory)
• Deep expertise in design & development, not just reviews or governance
• Open to an IC-heavy role with limited people management
• Strong focus on code quality, architecture quality, and engineering discipline

Core Responsibilities :

• Own solution architecture, system design, and hands-on development
• Design and build scalable, modular, distributed systems
• Lead by example through high-quality code, reviews, and best practices
• Drive architecture decisions, technology selection, and design standards
• Support and mentor engineers while remaining deeply hands-on
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability

Must-Have Technical Skills :

• Full Stack Development: React, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend & APIs: Node.js and Python
• Architecture: Microservices, API-first, distributed systems
• Cloud: AWS (preferred) | Azure / GCP good to have
• Strong grounding in OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns
• CI/CD, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
