Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Senior .NET React developer

We are looking for a senior .NET React developer with experience building and scaling applications and technical leader who can design architectures, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade applications using React and .NET/.NET Core.

  • Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance front-end and back-end solutions.

  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, ensuring seamless integration with React front ends.

  • Drive UI/UX strategy, ensuring responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Oversee state management (Redux, Context API) for complex applications.

  • Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and enforcing best practices.

  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end).

  • Optimize application performance (lazy loading, caching, code splitting, query optimization).

  • Integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps principles for smooth deployments.

  • Manage cloud-native deployments using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product, DevOps) to align technology with business goals.

  • Provide technical leadership and consulting, guiding stakeholders on solution design and emerging technologies.

  • Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and practices to keep applications future-ready.

  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, and healthcare domain experts to deliver patient-centric solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good hands-on development with .NET and React in production environments.

  • Proven track record of leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and making architectural decisions.

  • Experience in scaling applications to handle large user bases and complex workflows.

  • Advanced proficiency in .NET: deep understanding of framework internals, performance tuning, and scalability.

  • Front-end integration with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React).

  • API design: RESTful and GraphQL services, secure authentication (OAuth, JWT).

  • advanced use of RSpec, Capybara, Minitest, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment automation.

  • Architecture & Design Patterns on microservices, monolith-to-service migration, domain-driven design.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Prior experience in the healthcare technology (HealthTech) industry is a must. A deep understanding of the healthcare domain, including knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, patient data security, and HIPAA regulations is critical.

  • Bachelor%27s or master%27s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple product lines or in a portfolio-based company.

  • Familiarity with interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
