Inviting applications for the role of Senior PrincipalConsultant, SAP S4 HANA IS Retail - Customer Hub!

The S/4HANA IS-Retail Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored for retail operations within the Customer Hub ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of retail processes, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Implementation

  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA IS-Retail modules (Master Data, Article Management, Pricing, Promotions, Store Operations).

  • Develop end-to-end retail processes including assortment planning, replenishment, and POS integration.

  • Ensure alignment with Customer Hub architecture and omnichannel strategies.

  • Integration & Data Management

  • Integrate S/4HANA with CRM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications.

  • Manage master data consistency across retail and customer engagement systems.

  • Process Optimization

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

  • Optimize retail workflows for efficiency and scalability.

  • Support & Maintenance

  • Provide Level 3 support for SAP retail processes.

  • Conduct system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business teams, IT, and external vendors.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications/Skills we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation:B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

  • Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA IS-Retail functionalities.

  • Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), POS-DM, and integration with SAP Customer Hub.

  • Familiarity with Fiori apps and retail analytics.

  • Domain Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of retail operations (pricing, promotions, inventory, store management).

  • Exposure to omnichannel retail and customer engagement strategies.

  • Additional Skills

  • ABAP debugging (basic level).

  • Knowledge of integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs).

  • Experience

  • SAP Retail implementations.

  • At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA retail projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA Retail.

  • Experience in Customer Hub or similar customer engagement platforms.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
