Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications. Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Perform system customization and enhancement based on business requirements. Handle integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, HCM). Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Conduct functional testing, coordinate UAT, and support end-user training. Prepare comprehensive documentation including process flows, configurations, and test scripts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICO functionalities. Collaborate with technical/ABAP teams for custom development requirements. Stay updated on new SAP technologies including S/4HANA innovations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module.
  • Strong knowledge of both FI and CO sub-modules:
  • FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting
  • CO: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product
  • Costing, COPA
  • At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
  • Ability to work independently and lead FICO tracks within projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
