Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Salesforce Integration Expert

As principal consultant you are specializing in Salesforce Integration, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Strategy & Architecture

  • Design scalable integration architectures using Salesforce APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and custom solutions.

  • Define integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) tailored to client needs.

  • Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of Salesforce integration projects.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements.

  • Solution Development

  • Develop and deploy custom integration solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.

  • Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business goals into technical solutions.

  • Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

  • Documentation & Training

  • Create detailed technical documentation and integration playbooks.

  • Mentor junior consultants and conduct client training sessions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Relevant years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with Minimum years in integration-focused roles.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, APIs, and integration architecture.

  • Proficiency in middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Jitterbit).

  • Strong knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and system interoperability.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer II) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skill

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
