Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support full-cycle PeopleSoft HCM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules and business processes, providing expert guidance throughout the systems development lifecycle.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing of PeopleSoft HCM applications.
  • Facilitate functional design and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise applications.
  • Drive system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation for configurations, design, and test scripts.
  • Partner with business users, SMEs, and IT teams to design, develop, and support complex business solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment of PeopleSoft solutions with organizational policies and HR best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation in HCM workflows.
  • Provide production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Continuously explore ways to enhance the delivery process and add value to client engagements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
  • Proven experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft integration tools and data flow between HCM and external systems.
  • Proficiency in fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Experience working across multiple phases of project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and regulatory compliance in HR systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI, WorkCenters, and Kibana dashboards.
  • Exposure to PeopleSoft FSCM or other Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and reporting (Query, BI Publisher).
  • Experience in PeopleTools upgrades and Application Designer configuration.
