Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement RBAC security models aligned with organizational structures and compliance requirements.
Develop and enforce security policies, including user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
Configure and manage user roles, privileges, and entitlements within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Deploy Oracle HCM Advanced Controls to monitor and mitigate segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
Implement controls ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, and CCPA.
Conduct risk assessments, analyze security risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Consult with clients to translate business requirements into technical security solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams.
Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud security with enterprise Identity Governance and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
Diagnose and resolve security-related issues within HCM Cloud environments.
Maintain detailed security design documentation, user manuals, configuration guides, and audit-ready reports.
