Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant _ MSD Copilot Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled MSD Copilot Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D65 (D365) to lead AI-driven solution design, Copilot integration, and enterprise automation strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot stack, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and Dynamics 365 business applications.
This role is responsible for driving AI adoption, designing Copilot extensibility solutions, enabling custom copilots for business processes, and ensuring scalable and secure enterprise deploymentsKey Responsibilities:
.Solution Architecture & Design:
oArchitect and design Copilot-enabled solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/Finance & Ops/Business Central).
oLead design of Copilot Studio-based custom copilots, integrating with D365, Power Platform, and external systems.
oDevelop AI-driven workflows, plugins, and conversational experiences using Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft Graph connectors.
oCreate enterprise-standard solution architectures, design documents, data flows, and security models.
.Copilot Integration & Customization
oCustomize and extend D365 Copilot experiences using Power Apps, plugins, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
oImplement domain-specific copilots leveraging grounding data, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and D365 data.
oIntegrate Copilot with D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, SCM, Finance, or HR modules.
oBuild connectors, actions, and skills to unify business processes via Copilot Studio
.AI, Data & Automation Strategy
oDefine AI strategy and Copilot adoption roadmap for enterprise clients.
oDesign secure data pipelines connecting Dataverse, Azure, and D365 for optimized AI responses.
oLead governance, lifecycle management, responsible AI practices, and compliance implementation for copilots.
.Project Leadership & Collaboration
oWork closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into architectural solutions.
oProvide technical leadership to implementation teams and drive best practices.
oConduct workshops, training sessions, and PoC initiatives for AI and D365 Copilot capabilities.
.Technical Leadership:
oGuide technical teams (developers, consultants, and testers) for AI adoption across multiple phases of the project.
oDrive AI push in Dynamics 365 Projects.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

.Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or FO or BC).
.Strong experience in Azure AI/OpenAI, Power Platform, or emerging AI tools (Copilot Studio, AI Builder).
.Strong understanding of:
oMicrosoft Copilot ecosystem
oD365 APIs, Dataverse, data model & plugins
oPower Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages
oAzure Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI
oSecurity, identity, and RBAC in Azure and Microsoft 365
.Experience integrating D365 with external systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, or Azure Integration Services.Architecture & Design Skills
.Expertise in enterprise architecture concepts, solution design, cloud patterns, and documentation.
.Hands-on experience developing RAG-based solutions, prompt engineering, and data grounding strategies.
.Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, and responsible AI principles.
Soft Skills
.Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.
.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.Preferred Qualifications:

.Microsoft Certified:
oPower Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
oDynamics 365 Functional Consultant certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210/MB-310/MB-920)
oAzure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Generative AI Engineer Associate (AI-050)
.Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, or AI analytics platforms.
.Consulting experience with enterprisescale AI/D365 implementations.Nice to Have:
.Knowledge of industry-specific solutions like Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within D365 F&O.Education & Certifications:
.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
