Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal consultant - Global Deployment LeaderWe are looking for a highly skilled Global Deployment Leader responsible for planning, managing, and executing the end-to-end deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. This includes overseeing site readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing deployment risks, and ensuring consistency in execution aligned with the global digital manufacturing vision.

Responsibilities
.Develop and manage the global MES deployment strategy, roadmap, and site rollout plan
.Lead and coordinate multi-site MES implementations, ensuring standardized processes and architecture across locations
.Define and manage deployment templates, cutover plans, and playbooks to ensure repeatability and quality
.Collaborate with site teams, IT, engineering, quality, operations, and change management to drive readiness and execution
.Ensure alignment with global standards for:
.MES Master Data & Configuration
.Integration with ERP, PLM, SCADA
.Compliance, quality, and traceability requirements
.Manage site readiness assessments, dry runs, pilot validations, and full production go-lives
.Lead deployment governance, issue/risk tracking, and escalation resolution
.Monitor deployment KPIs, site health metrics, and report regularly to leadership
.Work closely with training and change teams to ensure user adoption and post-go-live support

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor%27s or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or related field
.years of experience in global IT or manufacturing system deployments, with at least years leading MES rollouts
.Proven track record of managing multi-country, multi-site deployment programs
.Strong understanding of MES platforms.
.Knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle) and integration landscapes
.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
.Strong organizational and program management skills across time zones and cultural contexts
.Experience in working with cross-functional teams including plant operations, IT, engineering, and change management
Preferred qualifications/Skills
.MES deployment experience in regulated or high-complexity industries.
.Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
.Experience with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and Smart Factory initiatives
