What You'll Do

Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive comprehensive analysis on target customers to create value propositions
  • Conduct insightful company research to identify target customer's key business and technology strategies and draw critical insights on business challenges/pain points
  • Conduct thorough research to understand key challenges, trends, and latest developments in the industry
  • Understand and analyze target customer's financial results, 10-K filings, annual reports to extract key business information
  • Develop a business case for change
  • Demonstrate the value of Oracle cloud applications through value-based business case presentations using information gathered from customer and industry benchmarks, and showcase financial metrics such as ROI, TCO to justify technology investment
  • Leverage cutting edge tools available to generate high quality business cases
  • Contribute towards the development of content/reusable assets to help drive scale and consistency
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge across Oracle products
  • Communicate findings with internal and/or external stakeholders

We are looking for:

  • 10-12 years of relevant work experience in business research, consulting, industry research, value selling, value insights and analysis roles
  • Post-Graduate (MBA will be a plus) from a well-recognized University
  • Good understanding of IT landscape/market, especially SaaS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of financial analysis and statements including P&L and balance sheet
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of ROI metrics and financial modeling
  • Excellent secondary research skills and exposure to databases such as APQC
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and articulate customer pain points and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent ability to articulate and present findings
  • Ability to work in a team environment
