As an AWS Solution Architect at Genpact, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions on the AWS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
.Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
.Translate business requirements into robust AWS cloud solutions
.Select and implement appropriate AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, CloudFront)
.Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle
.Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop and implement AWS solutions
.Assess existing infrastructure and recommend modifications for optimization
.Lead technical and design discussions to accelerate cloud adoption
.Educate customers and team members on AWS architectural principles and best practices
.Ensure solutions align with IT security standards and industry compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
. Conduct security reviews and vulnerability assessments
. Monitor AWS spending and implement cost optimization strategies
. Generate technical specifications for complex software components and applications
. Mentor junior team members on cloud technologies and architecture principles

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
. Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS
. Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture best practices
. Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects
. Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance requirements
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications . AWS Solution Architect certification
. Experience with cost optimization and AWS pricing models
. Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools
. Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
. Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
. Experience conducting security reviews and vulnerability assessments
