In this role, you will play a critical role in Production Support, in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or Platform Engineering. Strong hands-on experience in automation and scripting (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of distributed systems and production operations

• Automation & Tooling

• Experience with runbook automation and auto-remediation

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps

Minimum Qualifications / Skill

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Experience with system management and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools

• Experience with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Datadog, Dynatrace, Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Fresh Services, etc.

• Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell.

• Strong experience designing modern observability architectures.
