RESPONSIBILITIES
Infosys Consulting is looking for talented and highly motivated consultants to join our Life Sciences consulting practice. As a Senior Principal/Associate Partner, you will work on strategic programs in the Life Sciences Sales and Marketing areas helping biopharmaceutical, medical devices and drug distribution companies develop strategic business capabilities while further deepening your knowledge in in this area.
- Lead strategic business transformation programs, manage program planning, execution and reporting; responsible for program resources, deliverables, quality, stakeholder communication, client buy-in, program risks, mitigations and budgets leading to successful program delivery and client delight
- Engage with key stakeholders; manage day-to-day interactions with client teams
- Engage and maintain contacts with key client stakeholder; proactively identifies opportunities for business development
- Lead sales pursuits in collaboration with larger Infosys teams; lead proposal development process; solution formulation; proposal pricing; client presentation; contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Develop solutions that enable adoption of digital capabilities for Life Sciences organizations. Participate in analyst meetings, industry speaking engagements, publish white papers/view points in leading industry journals.
- Participate in practice development activities; coach consultants; participate in consultant training and staffing processes
- Responsible for converting industry trends and changes into opportunities for solutions, offerings and capability developments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business and sales and marketing processes
- Deep domain knowledge and work experience in brand marketing, campaign management, digital growth strategies, patient and HCP engagement, marketing operations, LMR review, meetings and conventions, KOL management, sales operation, reporting and analytics
- Hands-on experience in working with sales and marketing systems CRM, CMS, marketing automation system, marketing analytics, social listening platform
- Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in Life Sciences industry working for a consulting services organization and/or industry experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a marketing or related field; Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Successful track record using Lean/Agile approaches to build digital solutions in a multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor corporate setting
- Experience in translating business objectives to system requirements
- Experienced in leading strategic and tactical discussions with CxO level
- Industry experiences working directly at pharmaceutical, medical devices or pharmaceutical distributor organization is a plus
