What are we looking for - Senior Principal/ Associate Partner
We are seeking dynamic, self-driven leaders with deep expertise in Organization Change Management and Adoption Strategy plus implementation for large-scale enterprise and digital transformations
What do we require
Domain Specific skills
A. Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- PROSCI-certified change leader with hands-on experience in managing organization change and embedded adoption across global programs.
- Lead change management efforts for complex transformation programs like ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, etc.) across global organizations.
- Design and implement change strategies that drive adoption of digital solutions (ERP, CRM, AI, automation).
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Build and manage change agent networks and communities of practice.
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, resistance management, and benefits realization.
B. Digital Adoption Strategy
- Drive user-centric adoption of platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, SAP, and other regulated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, compliance) to ensure seamless rollout and user enablement.
- Champion user experience and feedback loops to continuously improve adoption outcomes.
C. Communications & Learning
- Develop and execute communication strategies that align with transformation goals.
- Create compelling narratives and messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Oversee development of learning assets, eLearning modules, and workshops
General skills
- Overall experience of 15+ years, with top-tier consulting experience post MBA in programs /
- Proven track record in leading OCM for global digital transformation programs and PROSCI certified
- Proven ability in handling multiple large projects, respond quickly to changing situations in complex environments
- Experienced in leading strategic and tactical discussions with Senior Director and Director levels
- Is knowledgeable about market and regulatory trends that have the potential for substantive impact on organization strategies, policies, or risks.
- Ability to handle conversations with senior business and technology leaders from client teams
- Ability to build engaging client presentations (Expertise on MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
- Appreciation for IT's role in enabling business processes and growth
- Appreciation for emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT, Cloud) and their impact on Life Sciences.
What will you do
You will:
- Lead the change and adoption strategy for global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.
- Drive OCM strategy from planning through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
- Develop and deliver change roadmaps, communication plans, and adoption metrics.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership..
- Serve as a team member, track lead or engagement lead on business consulting engagements for clients.
- Execute or lead consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions.
- Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives.
- Analyze problems, and structure complex business analyses.
- Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.
- Work with cross functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options.
- Create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies, and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions.
- Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.
- Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program.
