Job Title: Senior Presales Engineer

Location :Kochi, India

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Engineer to lead network design initiatives for our clients, respond to RFPs and design and implement cutting-edge network solutions for complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze organizational requirements and translate them into detailed network designs.

Develop network architecture blueprints, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity.

Select appropriate technologies, protocols, and equipment to meet performance, security, and scalability goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable network strategies.

Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders.

Create and deliver capability presentations/sales pitches to the clients.

Provide guidance and training to teams on security awareness and best practices.

Lead the tender submission, develop the winning technical strategy and architecture design as well as operating model, authoring the RFP / RFI response by partnering across all support functions, target metric is sales booking.

Orchestrate and manage client visits.

Create and manage content and repository which includes reusable content, case studies, and standard sales presentations.

Willing to travel within and outside India.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in network presales

Proven experience designing and implementing network architectures for large organizations.

Technical Skills:

Experience in Wired and Wireless LAN

Strong knowledge of SDN Data Centre, Servers, Storage, Backup, Cloud etc.

Knowledge of Ethernet & SDWAN, Routing Protocols (Static, BGP, OSPF).

Knowledge of Network

Security products: Firewall, Load Balancer, IDS & IPS.

Certifications:

Certifications such as CCIE, CCDE are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong presentation skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
