Job Description: Senior Pre Sales Consultant
We are seeking motivated and accomplished professionals with a passion for logistics, supply chain management, client engagement, and solution selling to join our team. As a Pre Sales Consultant, you will serve as a technical expert during the sales cycle, developing and positioning product-specific solutions while supporting the sales team in achieving their revenue goals for your assigned territory.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-lasting partnerships with clients and positioning yourself as an expert in the supply chain domain.
- Responsible for solutioning and owning product thought leadership.
- Utilize your strong background in supply chain management to design and tailor solutions that align precisely with client requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients, identifying pain points, challenges, and opportunities for optimization within their supply chain operations.
- Understand and articulate the benefits of Shipsy products to educate enterprise clients on the value proposition of our products.
- Lead RFPs, demo activities with customers.
- Facilitate efficient communication between clients and internal teams to drive the seamless delivery of solutions.
- Utilize client feedback to improve our offerings, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure Shipsy remains at the forefront of the logistics industry.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the benefits of Shipsy's solutions.
- Work internally with the product team to keep in touch with updates, etc.
- Able to establish Shipsy in a position of thought leadership with the customer.
- Create a position of trust and faith as a thought leader in the logistic space.
- Deliver effective presentations and demos to potential clients that highlight the benefits of our products and services.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as a technology solution consultant for enterprise accounts
- Post Graduate / MBA is preferable
- Proficiency in solution designing and the ability to craft tailor-made solutions that meet clients unique needs.
- Supply chain exp would be an added advantage
- Understanding ofAI is a must.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales, product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
- Proficiencies in solution selling, configuring product demos, responding to RFPs, managing complex solutions.
- Strong team collaboration skills across different organizations within the company
- Key traits will include hard work, strong logical problem solving skills and a Learning bent of mind.
