What is this role all about
You will lead and scale a high-impact solutions consulting team, driving end-to-end AI-led customer engagements. From discovery to solutioning, demos to pilots, you will shape how we win complex deals and define our AI-first consulting playbook—including owning structured RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
What will you do
- Own end-to-end pre-sales cycles including discovery, solution architecture, demo strategy, pilot design, and RFP/RFI/RFQ
- Define and standardize discovery frameworks, proposal responses, and solutioning approaches.
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Drive custom demos, OTC workflows, and tailored proposals for enterprise clients.
- Act as a program owner, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, product, and delivery teams.

You consistently drive high-quality solutioning and proposal responses (RFP/RFI/RFQ) that improve win rates, while building a strong consulting team and scalable AI-led pre-sales practices.
What would make you a good fit
- 7–10 years in pre-sales / solution consulting roles
- Experience managing teams
- Strong experience handling RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and enterprise deal cycles
- Ability to lead complex discovery and solutioning engagements end-to-end

- Strong techno-functional understanding (APIs, workflows, data, GenAI)
- Ability to build scalable AI-led solutions and proposals
