The PPC Specialist, Digital Operations is responsible for supporting the PPC Manager with the execution, and management of paid advertising campaigns for SCIEX. Candidates should also possess an understanding of analytics platforms, technical user experience trends.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Marketing team and will be located remote in India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build and execute the Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, to drive lead generation, brand awareness/engagement, and accelerate top of funnel pipeline growth through a mix of channels.
• Report on key PPC KPIs continuously measuring, testing, analyzing, and improving digital performance.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine campaign targeting.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Support end-to-end paid digital campaigns including planning, ad copywriting, bid management, budget allocation, account/ad group structure, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and analyzing results.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5+ years of professional experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Linked-In, YouTube, etc.) and social media software
• Excellent knowledge of PPC Channels
• Demonstrated analytical ability to create and improve marketing campaigns/digital assets and optimize efforts (metrics-driven)
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented in order to plan and manage the execution of content and campaigns.
• Functional understanding of the campaign management process, attribution, measurement, and marketing funnel management

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Landing page optimization and A/B split testing to drive continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of organic social and SEO would be advantageous
• Knowledge of lead attribution, insight tags, tracking pixels, and conversion modelling

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
