Senior Power Platform

Role Summary

Seeking a senior consultant/architect to lead a Power Platform and AI Agent Governance & Compliance Remediation engagement. The role will drive S360 compliance remediation, governance enablement, stakeholder support, and adoption of Power Platform and Copilot/AI Agent solutions across global business teams. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership, engage directly with business stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end compliance and governance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform and AI Agent S360 compliance remediation efforts.
• Assess compliance gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.
• Review policies, wikis, governance requirements, and translate them into actionable guidance.
• Work directly with business owners and citizen developers to remediate non-compliant solutions.
• Develop governance playbooks, documentation, standards, and user-friendly guidance.
• Support Power Automate, Copilot Agents, Entra Applications, Service Tree, BCDR, and ICM-related compliance requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, governance adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot / AI Agents and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of S360, compliance, security, and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills.
• Experience creating governance documentation, remediation plans, and operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive deliverables with minimal guidance.

Preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale governance and compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Service Tree, BCDR Manager, and ICM.
• Experience leading assessment, remediation, and governance enablement engagements.
