Roles And Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI, along with experience integrating Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and Azure services.
• The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital transformation solutions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
• Dataverse
• Power Pages
• AI Builder (preferred)
• Microsoft Co-Pilot
• Develop reusable components, custom connectors, and solution accelerators.
• Build responsive and user-friendly applications following Microsoft best practices.
  
  

Integration & Customization

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
• Dynamics 365
• Microsoft 365
• Azure Services
• SQL Server
• SharePoint
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Develop Custom APIs and Azure Functions where required.
• Configure and consume Custom Connectors.
  
  

Development & Engineering

• Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET.
• Create JavaScript customizations for Model-Driven Apps.
• Implement PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls when needed.
• Write efficient Power Fx formulas.
• Build scalable automation workflows with proper exception handling.
  
  

DevOps & ALM

• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using:
• Managed and Unmanaged Solutions
• Azure DevOps, Git
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Manage solution deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  
  

Governance & Security

• Implement security roles and permission models.
• Configure environment strategies and governance controls.
• Ensure compliance with DLP policies.
• Optimize licensing utilization and platform governance.
  
  

Performance Optimization

• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Optimize Power Apps performance.
• Improve flow execution efficiency.
• Monitor platform health and usage analytics.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with business users to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.
• Support UAT and production deployments.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Power Platform development.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) - Good to have
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) - Good to have
