Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Power BI & Data Visualization professional to design, develop, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power BI, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and KPIs
- Build and optimize data models, relationships, and calculated measures using DAX
- Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and report optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Implement best practices for data visualization, usability, and performance
- Manage data refresh schedules and security (Row-Level Security) in Power BI
- Document dashboards, datasets, and reporting logic
Required Skills
- 68 years of experience in Data Visualization / BI Development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, calculated columns, measures, and KPIs
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
