About the Role
You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement Power BI best practices for data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization.
- Utilize DAX and Power Query for complex calculations and data transformation tasks.
- Develop data pipelines and integrate Power BI with other tools within the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Power BI features to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower team members and stakeholders on effective data visualization techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Power BI development and related technologies.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and usability principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, and other data storage solutions.
- Experience in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Required Skills
- Strong background in developing and deploying Power BI solutions.
- Focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure.
