About the Role

You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Implement Power BI best practices for data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization.
Utilize DAX and Power Query for complex calculations and data transformation tasks.
Develop data pipelines and integrate Power BI with other tools within the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Power BI features to enhance reporting capabilities.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower team members and stakeholders on effective data visualization techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 years of experience in Power BI development and related technologies.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with data visualization best practices and usability principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, and other data storage solutions.
Experience in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
