Description

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
Gather and translate business needs into technical BI solutions and data models
Create and optimise data models using best practices (star and snowflake schemas)
Develop DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs for advanced analytics and reporting
Connect and integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards
Perform performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to support end-to-end analytics solutions
Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders and clients
Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and automation of BI solutions

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Power BI development
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling
Proficiency in Power BI (Desktop and Service)
Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation
Exposure to Python or other scripting languages for data analysis is a plus
Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
