Job Overview

Accurism Solutions LLPis looking for a skilled and motivatedSenior Power BI and MS Fabric Developerwith3+ years of experiencein data analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade data pipelines while ensuring data governance, security, and performance across platforms.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong implementation capability.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI

• Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, visually compelling, and deliver meaningful insights for decision-makers.
• Support semantic model optimization.
• Apply DAX fundamentals and data modeling best practices.
• Ensure high-performing and secure BI datasets.
• Enterprise Integration
• Work with enterprise integration technologies involving SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Data Security & Governance

• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Contribute to governance frameworks aligned with Microsoft Fabric workspace and domain models.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise data policies.

Microsoft Fabric

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse).
• Support and enhance Databricks notebooks supporting analytical datasets
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes with a focus on performance, data quality, and maintainability.
• Implement automated data ingestion frameworks from enterprise systems.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and sanity checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, working closely with business and upstream teams
• Maintain documentation for data mappings, transformations, and validation rules

Enterprise Integration

• Develop data ingestion processes for SAP systems using connectors and integration tools such as SAP BW, SAP ECC, SLT, BTP, BDC.
• Develop data ingestion processes for Microsoft Dynamics systems using API and connectors.
• Develop data ingestion processes for Oracle NetSuite systems integration tools

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of Power BI, semantic models, and DAX basics.
• Understanding of RLS and OLS implementation.
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
