5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in
Microsoft Power Platform and
automation solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing automation workflows to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Integrate Power Automate with various Microsoft and third-party applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Outlook).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze automation requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power BI dashboards as part of integrated automation solutions.
- Implement and manage error handling, logging, and exception management in automation workflows.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation optimization.
- Provide technical documentation, user training, and support for deployed automation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Power Platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must to Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Flow).
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and REST API integration.
- Experience in designing scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, connectors, and triggers within Power Platform.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell scripting, or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification is an advantage.
