Job Description

How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

  • Administer and maintain the LMS and LXP platforms, including user management, content uploads, and system updates.
  • Publish learning items on LMS platform and maintenance of the catalog (versioning, archiving, revisions, etc.).
  • Creating custom learning paths, upon request from L&D, IT, or the business.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to update and maintain course materials.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports, data and insights on LMS and vendor utilization, functioning, catalog, users etc. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues on the LMS and LXP platforms, escalating as needed.
  • Support teams with technology implementations related to LMS or vendor platforms.
  • Conduct enterprise level needs assessment, project evaluations and designing metrics gathering dashboards

Technical Competencies

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's/ master's degree
  • Program Management experience, someone who has managed a product
  • 3+ years of experience providing communication, LMS, educational training and/or knowledge management expertise.
  • Prior experience working in Learning & Development
  • Udemy, LMS as a product or Other vendor platforms experience (Skillsoft, Coursera, Linkedin learning)
  • Ability to work independently

  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning content development
  • Prior experience at a Tech oriented Global Capability Center (GCC)
