Following a new round of funding, we are embedding AI agents into every microservice and developing a central agent that will independently manage our estores.

We are also exploring quantum integrations to achieve extraordinary speed and impenetrable security.

Our infrastructure will be hybrida combination of onpremises databases and cloud resourcesto ensure stability during any peak.

Your key missions

Design and build nextgeneration hybrid platformsonpremises databases, AIdriven microservices and dynamic cloud layers;

Architect and operate highly available Kubernetes clusters across multirack environments, integrating MetalLB, Calico/Cilium, Istio and API gateways managed by intelligent agents;

Ensure operational excellence for stateful systems: PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ and search clusters with automatic scaling and selfhealing;

Lead disaster recovery planning and highend observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) with strict RPO 5minutes and RTO 90minutes;

Automate and secure the platformimplement certmanager, Vault, GitOps pipelines, supplychain security (SBOM, signing, scanning) and zerotrust;

Resolve complex live issuesfrom controlplane and etcd recovery to database PITR drills;

Mentor teams and share knowledge about Kubernetes, highly available systems, cloudnative architectures and chaos engineering.

Ideal candidate profile

Expertise in Kubernetes & cloudnativelifecycle management, controlplane recovery, CNI (Calico/Cilium), MetalLB, Istio/Linkerd;

Proven experience with highly available databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, RabbitMQ, quorum queues and observability;

Ability to achieve RPO5 minutes and RTO90 minutes in production environments;

5+ years of experience as a platform engineer/SRE in multiservice, missioncritical environments;

Indepth knowledge of GitOps, Terraform, security and infrastructure automation;

Experience with observability, incident response and postmortem analysis;

Commitment to a longterm engagement (minimum four years) and a desire to build platforms that will operate autonomously over the next decade;

Curiosity about quantum technologies and a passion for continuous learning.
