Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global CPS teams to develop next-generation Cloud Platform services for HashiCorp Cloud Platform.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to enforce best practices for quality and measurable value.
  • Program primarily in Golang, while learning from and contributing to a skilled engineering team.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and software craftsmanship in platform services.
  • Develop tooling and automation capabilities to proactively monitor and manage customer experiences (Critical User Journeys).
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within CPS and broader EPD organizations.
  • Present insights and recommendations to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives led by EPD management, recruitment, and people teams.
