The Planning Head is responsible for overseeing construction planning operations to ensure efficient project execution, accurate invoicing, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
Planning
- Develop detailed construction plans with defined timelines, milestones, and objectives.
- Prepare and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
- Lead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project health.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience in construction planning , preferably in plotted developments or high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
