Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for providing advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to clients. The role includes conducting detailed musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional assessments; developing personalized treatment plans; and delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions. The Senior Physiotherapist will monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to support preventive and holistic care. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve mentoring junior physiotherapists, contributing to clinical protocols and quality initiatives, educating clients on exercise, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications, and supporting community and digital health programs as required.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Experience in preventive and wellness-focused care, including ergonomic counseling, posture correction, and exercise prescription.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and using digital health platforms or electronic medical record systems.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, with active professional registration as required by local regulations.
- Several years of relevant clinical experience, including prior responsibility for complex cases or leadership of therapy programs.
- Demonstrated mentoring or supervisory experience, with a commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
