Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Physiotherapist role located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing physiotherapy interventions to help patients regain mobility and function. The Senior Physiotherapist will also oversee and mentor junior team members, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate treatment records to ensure high-quality care delivery. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices to bring innovative techniques to the clinic.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering targeted physiotherapy interventions.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members and ensure teamwork within the practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of advanced physiotherapy techniques and a commitment to continual professional development.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols.
• A recognized degree in Physiotherapy, with preference for candidates holding a postgraduate qualification.
• Prior professional experience in reputed medical institutions or clinics is an advantage.
