Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Core PHP and Laravel framework.
- Work with Node.js to build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to blockchain-based applications, smart contract integration, and decentralized solutions (training/support can be provided if partially experienced).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsdesign, QA, and productto deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and manage delivery expectations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for performance improvements.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to new feature planning.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Core PHP and Laravel.
- Good working knowledge of Node.js and API development.
- Experience or understanding of Blockchain concepts (Web3, smart contracts, crypto integrations, wallets, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with MySQL / MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party API integrations, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of OOPS, MVC architecture, and coding standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for client handling and team coordination.
