Senior PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

GLPI (ITSM)

• Customize, configure, and maintain the GLPI ITSM platform
• Implement and manage ITSM workflows including Incident, Service Request, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB
• Develop and maintain custom GLPI plugins and extensions
• Configure notifications, SLAs, automation rules, and business workflows
• Handle GLPI version upgrades, patches, and migrations

Integrations & Infrastructure

• Integrate GLPI with third-party systems (LDAP/AD, SSO, Email, HRMS, ERP, REST APIs)
• Ensure secure authentication, role-based access control, and audit logging
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and stability
• Manage database operations and performance (MySQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL)
• Support Linux-based server environments

Support & Operations

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Follow security best practices and data protection standards
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Work with IT & Information Security teams to align GLPI with compliance requirements
