About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.
For senior role
- Own strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
- Plan, manage, and optimize high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue growth
- Build and optimize full-funnel paid strategies (acquisition, retargeting, and conversion)
- Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance
- Oversee tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
- Collaborate closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL and revenue-driven optimization
- Experience building and scaling full-funnel paid strategies (cold acquisition to retargeting)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Experience working closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies and audience segments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
