About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.

For senior role

  • Own strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Plan, manage, and optimize high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue growth
  • Build and optimize full-funnel paid strategies (acquisition, retargeting, and conversion)
  • Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Oversee tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL and revenue-driven optimization
  • Experience building and scaling full-funnel paid strategies (cold acquisition to retargeting)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience working closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Hands-on experience in A/B testing creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies and audience segments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
