Location: India (Remote / Hybrid)

Compensation: 1215 LPA

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to support our US-based client-facing team by owning paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across accounts.

This is a backend role, the US team manages client communication. However, this role requires exceptional clarity of thought, documentation, and presentation, as strategies and insights will be shared internally and occasionally discussed on internal calls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Media Planning

  • Build full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and Microsoft, Bing Ads.
  • Create monthly and quarterly media plans aligned with business goals.
  • Design strategies for both low-high budget ($1k100k/month) and scale-ready accounts.
  • Translate brand goals into platform-specific execution plans.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives when accounts plateau or decline.
  • Structure testing roadmaps (creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages).
  • Ensure efficient budget pacing and ROI focus.

3. Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Deep-dive into performance data to extract actionable insights.
  • Prepare clear performance summaries for the US team (what worked, what didn't, why, what next).
  • Use GA4 and ad platforms to diagnose attribution and tracking issues.
  • Focus on business metrics, not vanity metrics.

4. Internal Communication & Collaboration

  • Present strategy documents and performance insights to the US internal team.
  • Convert data into easy-to-understand decks, notes, and recommendations.
  • Participate in internal strategy calls when required.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and account teams.

5. Process & Quality Ownership

  • Maintain structured documentation for strategies and learnings.
  • Ensure consistency in execution across accounts.
  • Stay updated with platform changes and recommend adaptations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 810 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience working on US or international accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills (strategy decks, notes, summaries).
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability.
