Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize app install and retargeting campaigns on Google UAC and Meta AAA to maximize ROI and customer LTV
- End-to-end ownership of campaigns, from day-to-day execution to strategic decision making
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns
- Track and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools like Singular, Meta ads, Google Ad words etc.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and competitor activities, utilising insights to inform decision making
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies
- Building dashboards for performance monitoring and clear stakeholder communication using tools like Singular, Google sheets & Excel
- Work closely with the broader growth team to monitor sales performance on the website and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in app performance marketing, particularly with Google UAC and Meta AAA, with a demonstrated ability to drive installs and retarget users effectively
- Hands-on experience in setting up marketing tools and processes from scratch, working closely with the tech team to implement and optimize platforms such as AppsFlyer, Singular, and other performance tracking tools
- Experience managing marketing budgets of at least 1 crore, with a proven track record of optimizing spend across multiple performance channels to drive measurable results
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively, optimize under changing conditions, and pivot strategies based on new data or market shifts
- Strong command of tools like Singular, Apsflyer, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to track campaign effectiveness, analyze performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Experience in Fintechs/Wealthtech fast growing start ups preferred
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Stock Market preferred
