Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can own growth end-to-endfrom paid acquisition strategy to funnel performance, attribution, and CRM-led optimization. This role goes beyond running ads and focuses on building scalable, measurable, and revenue-driven growth systems.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and operations teams to drive predictable growth while ensuring strong marketing operations and clean, actionable CRM data.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, display, paid social, retargeting, and video
- Drive full-funnel performance from awareness to revenue
- Manage and optimize large monthly advertising budgets with focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and pipeline impact
- Lead experimentation across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with design and content teams to build high-converting ad creatives
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting:
- Own performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting cadence
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Build understanding of multi-touch attribution and conversion paths
- Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, ad platform pixels, and CRM integrations
Marketing Operations & CRM Ownership:
- Own marketing operations workflows across CRM and marketing automation tools
- Manage CRM hygiene including lead routing, lifecycle stages, field structure, and data accuracy
- Define and optimize MQL, SQL, and lead scoring frameworks in alignment with sales
- Set up and manage nurture flows, drip campaigns, and CRM-based retargeting audiences
- Ensure end-to-end tracking from ad click to CRM to revenue
- Partner with sales ops to improve funnel conversion and pipeline velocity
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally with sales, revops, product, and leadership teams
- Mentor junior performance marketers and support team development
- Manage external agencies or vendors when required
Requirements:
- 69 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Working knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably with a revenue-first mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or high-ticket lead generation
- Familiarity with RevOps concepts and funnel optimization
- Experience managing large annual ad budgets
- Exposure to SQL or advanced analytics tools
