The Role
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our customer acquisition engine across paid and organic channels. You will be the single point of accountability for driving efficient, high-volume user acquisition for our digital B2C product from strategy and execution to daily optimization and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end management of paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Monitor and optimize performance across all levels (account, campaign, ad group, ad) to improve CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC.
- Develop and execute keyword strategies, audience targeting, bid management, and retargeting/remarketing funnels.
- Lead ad creative and copy testing (A/B testing), partnering with design/content teams to produce high-performing assets.
- Identify performance trends and creative fatigue, maintaining a proactive testing and optimization roadmap.
- Design and optimize lead nurturing flows and the full acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Drive SEO and AEO strategy, including technical optimization, content alignment, and AI-search readiness.
- Own reporting, analytics, and budget allocation, ensuring accurate attribution and data-driven decision making.
- Own and optimize core acquisition performance metrics, including CAC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates across the full funnel (impression → click → signup → activation), as well as retargeting and nurture performance.
- Drive growth and efficiency through continuous optimization and insights, including organic traffic and keyword rankings, creative/copy A/B test performance, and weekly budget pacing and spend efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a B2C digital product company (app, SaaS, subscription, or marketplace).
- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one additional channel (TikTok preferred).
- Deep expertise in campaign architecture, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with GA4, attribution models, Mixpanel, Clarity and ideally SQL or advanced spreadsheet analysis.
- Experience with SEO and a working understanding of emerging AEO trends.
- Demonstrated ability to write and iterate on high-converting ad copy independently.
- Excellent communication skills — ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership.
