Role Overview
This is a highly execution-focused role.
You will directly run ad accounts, optimise funnels, scale winning campaigns, and own key growth metrics like GMV, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Core Ownership)
- Manage and scale paid channels:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- Marketplace ads (Amazon, etc. as needed)
- Own daily optimisation of:
- Budgets
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Bidding strategies
- Drive profitable growth with strong ROAS & CAC control
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with design & content teams to produce high-converting creatives
- Turn performance data into strong creative briefs
Growth & Funnel Optimisation
- Improve website conversion rates (CRO)
- Optimise landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
- Test offers, bundles, upsells, and retention flows
- Work on repeat purchase and LTV growth
Analytics & Experimentation
- Track and analyse performance using GA, Meta, and dashboards
- Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Share weekly growth insights and action plans
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- 48 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (D2C/ecommerce preferred)
- Proven track record scaling revenue profitably
- Strong experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Conversion optimisation
- Analytics & attribution
- Comfortable owning large budgets and growth targets
- Highly data-driven + experimental mindset
Bonus Points
- Experience in consumer brands, kids, lifestyle, FMCG, or gifting
- Worked in fast-growing startups or early-stage brands
- Exposure to marketplaces & quick commerce growth
