Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong focus on pipeline impact, ROI, and account-based strategies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable setting strategy as they are executing and optimizing campaigns daily. You will own paid media performance end-to-end, from targeting and messaging to conversion, attribution, and revenue impact.

What you'll own

  • Own and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for:
  • Lead generation
  • Brand awareness
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Build and optimize campaigns with clear pipeline, CPA, and ROI targets
  • Develop and run intent-based campaigns, using intent data and signals to prioritize accounts and audiences
  • Continuously test and optimize:
  • Targeting
  • Bidding strategies
  • Creatives and messaging
  • Landing pages and conversion paths
  • Work closely with:
  • Sales and RevOps on funnel alignment and attribution
  • Content and product marketing on messaging and offers
  • Track and report on performance across the full funnel:
  • CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA
  • MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue contribution
  • Support ABM strategy execution, including account targeting, personalization, and retargeting
  • Contribute to SEO strategy and performance (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Identify new opportunities to improve efficiency, scale what works, and stop what doesn't

What we're looking for

  • 79+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proven, hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale
  • Strong track record of hitting or outperforming targets
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Paid media metrics and attribution
  • B2B funnels and long sales cycles
  • Experience with intent tools and intent-driven campaigns (strong plus)
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-ownership environment
  • Analytical, structured, and outcome-oriented
  • Able to balance strategy with day-to-day execution

Nice to have

  • SEO experience
  • ABM platform experience
  • Experience working closely with RevOps
