Youll drive monthly lead and revenue targets, decode user behaviour, and partner with Mark Comms, Creative, Analytics, and Tech to push the products growth curve up and to the right.
What Youll Own
1. End-to-End Campaign Ownership
- Run paid campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, Meta, Snap & more from setup to scaling.
- Build channel-wise plans that align tightly with monthly lead targets.
- Manage budgets, pacing, CAC, and lead volumes
2. Full-Funnel Understanding
- Look beyond ad platform metrics connect platform landing page CRM sales funnel.
- Identify leakages, improve intent flows, and ensure lead quality stays strong.
- Share funnel insights weekly with Mark Comms + Creative teams to fuel better messaging and assets.
3. Performance Optimization & Experimentation
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, formats, audiences, and landing pages.
- Diagnose issues like low delivery, rising CPL, or lead quality dips and take immediate action.
- Spot patterns in behavior, intent, and geography to unlock new growth pockets.
4. Tracking, Data Hygiene & Reporting
- Ensure pixel, conversion tracking, and event setups are accurate and firing correctly.
- Audit UTMs and data flow from ad LP CRM regularly.
- Build weekly dashboards that highlight wins, misses, anomalies, and action plans.
5. Insights > Execution
- Identify which ads, ideas, and messages are resonating and which are dying.
- Decode user motivations and pass the intel to Mark Comms for sharper creative thinking.
- Bring POVs, not just reports. We want thinkers, not operators.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
Must-Haves
- 23 years of hands-on experience running Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset you don't just report numbers, you interpret them.
- Experience managing full-funnel lead gen campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast, experiments-heavy environment.
- High ownership mindset you genuinely care about hitting monthly targets.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech industries preferred.
- Exposure to GA4, Looker dashboards, or CRM data flows.
- Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and statistical significance.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.
