ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who lives and breathes paid advertising. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Google and Meta, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, lead quality, and ROI. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who wants to own a function and grow with it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own & execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) from strategy to optimisation.
- Drive pipeline generation by running targeted campaigns focused on lead quality and conversion, not just volume.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently — allocate, monitor and optimise spend to maximise ROAS and minimise CAC.
- Build and test audience segments, creatives, copy variations and landing pages through structured A/B experiments.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other tools — with a clear view on what's working and what's not.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to brief and produce high-converting ad creatives tailored to each platform.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and UTM structures to ensure clean attribution.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Identify new paid channels and growth opportunities beyond existing platforms where relevant.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant ad budgets independently and deliver measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of the full paid marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion to retention.
- Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable pulling insights from data and turning them into action.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and lead attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills — you can brief a designer and present results to leadership with equal clarity.
- A bias for action, ownership mentality, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
