Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Performance Marketer to join our on-site team in Chandigarh. As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive user acquisition and achieve measurable growth. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, campaign optimization, strategy development, and collaboration with internal teams to develop and execute performance marketing strategies. You will also monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and continuously test and refine campaign tactics for improved ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in PPC management, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels
• Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide strategic recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous experience in a SaaS or digital marketing environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
