Role Description
This is a contract position for a Senior Performance Marketer, working on-site in Chandigarh. The Senior Performance Marketer will manage data-driven marketing campaigns, track key performance metrics, and optimize strategies for generating leads and conversion growth. Responsibilities include creating ad campaigns across various digital platforms, analyzing performance data, budget management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media tools
- Expertise in data tracking, campaign analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Experience in designing and executing digital marketing strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and demonstrate time management and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience as a performance marketer, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of emerging marketing trends and best practices is an advantage
